A healthy well-balanced daily diet combined with daily exercise may help improve MS symptoms for example, they could lift fatigue, maintain regular bowel and bladder functions, improve the health of skin, bones, teeth and gums, strengthen the heart, and improve muscle strength and flexibility. A healthy diet also helps control weight gain and reduce the risk of heart diseases and osteoporosis.
There’s no evidence supporting one specific diet, but there are potential benefits in several. People with MS should consult with their personal physicians before starting a diet that best meets their individual needs and preferences.
A balanced diet includes the major food groups, which proteins, which help growth and tissue repair; carbohydrates for energy; fats, which provide essential fatty acids and help absorb vitamins; fiber for a healthy digestion; vitamins and minerals, which are needed for different cell processes; and plenty of fluids because water helps transport nutrients to every cell in the body.

How Can Peptide Therapy Help You?
Peptide therapy is a form of treatment which is becoming increasingly popular across the globe for treating a myriad of age-related conditions and health issues ranging from Mold Sickness and Lyme Disease to Weight loss, Aging Skin, Joint Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and other health and age-related issues. This type of treatment gives you the opportunity to heal from the inside out.
Are Peptides Safe?
There are thousands of natural occurring peptides in the body. Each one has its own unique job and tells the cells what to do like fight off an infection, regulate your blood sugar, or affect the speed at which calories are burned. With Peptide Therapy, peptides are produced to mimic our natural peptides. These peptides are administered in the body to treat a specific health concern or issue. They are easily absorbed and only do what they are targeted to do. This makes them extremely safe to use and without any known side effects, aside from possible irritation at the site of administration.

Meet Dr. Donna Mazzola, a Pharmacist with a specialty in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition. From a young age, she always had a passion for natural healing and preventative care. After obtaining a Doctorate in Pharmacy, this passion became an obsession as her learnings conflicted with her core beliefs. She realized that medicine has a place in healing, but it's actually the balance between nutrition and medicine that impacts disease. When she was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2015, she realized it was difficult to find reputable scientific information to support her healing journey. As a result, she created the blog drautoimmunegirl.com and on IG and FB @drautoimmunegirl, to become THAT source. Drautoimmunegirl is a blog with a mission to identify the root cause of disease through health and wellness and empower you to take control of your health!
Donna has recently embarked on a journey to better understand herbs and how they influence the immune system. This led to the development of AutoimmuniTea; tea blends with a focus on AIP friendly herbs that support the immune system, and are effective for symptom support.. AutoimmuniTea is a brand dedicated to those suffering from symptoms of autoimmune disease. The primary focus is to create products for those with autoimmune, although their passion goes beyond that. Their greater purpose and mission is to raise awareness and funds for autoimmune-related research, as the need for continued answers to the unknown autoimmune epidemic is imperative for all of us!
